This is a unique opportunity for a student with keen interest in Hospitality Operations to undertake a school-based apprenticeship in Victorias only off grid solar powered café & kitchen. Nestled amongst the beautiful Blackwood Nursery & Gardens, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a vast range of experience in hospitality. This employer has a history of employing school-based trainees, providing a variety of tasks and taking a real interest in your training.
Skills You Might Learn

Typical Tasks & Duties
Students will work as an integral part of the team and gain exposure to all aspects of hospitality. Tasks and duties may include, but will not be limited too:
- food preparation
- barista services
- front of house
- cleaning
- meal service
Student Requirements
Students must have a keen interest in Hospitality and a willingness to learn. Students must be available to work either a Thursday or a Friday during the week
Dress Requirements
Students must be well presented, wear black and white hospitality attire and non slip shoes

Blackwood Ridge is not accessible by public transport
