Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will start with basic tasks including sweeping, tidying , folding towels, maintaining work spaces (including various equipment), preparing foil sheets, etc. Reception tasks may include greeting clients, preparing drinks, answering phones and assisting with appointment records. Students may have the opportunity to assist with shampooing, drying.

Student Requirements

Students should have an interest in hairdressing and a willingness to learn. Students must share this opportunity with their teacher and discuss the suitability of placement.

Students will be required to attend the salon in Lancefield
