Broadspectrum is responsible for the majority of contracts and services provided at Puckapunyal Army Base. One of those contracts is the upkeep of the magnificent grounds to a standard reflective of the Australian military. Typical Tasks & Duties
During this placement, students will undertake a variety of horticulture tasks including:
- Leaf blowing
- Raking leaves
Students will work alongside Broadspectrum horticulture staff.
Students must be enthusiastic and proactive during their placement. This means asking lots of questions, turning up on time, showing interest and being dedicated to the task. This employer might be looking for their next employees, so make a good impression with your eagerness and great attitude.
Students must present photo ID on arrival to the Army Base. They will collected at the entrance gate by their supervisor.
Steel capped work boots, work pants, work shirt and a hat. A high vis vest will be supplied.
Please bring a water bottle.
Special Transport Requirements
Students must be able to get to Puckapunyal by 7:00am.
