Skills You Might Learn

Customer service, financial transactions including cash and point of sale, food safety, time management, problem solving, communication, using technology, teamwork, etc. Learn the art of the up-sell, stock control, merchandising and other retail skills in this dynamic workplace

Typical Tasks & Duties

Your main responsibility is to ensure that you are delivering the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment, putting a ‘smile on every seat’. In a typical day you may be serving a number of customers, preparing food and cleaning whilst adhering to policies and procedures. Various shifts are available and we are able to work around your work or studies.

Student Requirements

Would suit either VCE or VCAL student, due to the flexibility in training delivery and workplace shifts available.

Dress Requirements

Closed toed, nonslip shoes. Minimal jewellery and long hair tied back for food safety purposes. Other Uniform items will be provided.

Special Transport Requirements

Stores located right across the planet, but successful candidates will be appointed close to home.
