Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing manufacture leisure (cabins and villas) residential (2, 3 and 4 bedroom) and commercial (multipurpose rooms, ensuites and amenities) buildings. YMH is a family owned and operated business who have been around since 1998. Construction is usually completed within 10 - 16 weeks. YMH are offering an administration opportunity to an interested student, this would preferably be a student undertaking VETiS IN Business, as it will allow you to practice your skills and build your knowledge on a real work site alongside experienced and qualified professionals Students will gain valuable knowledge in the area of customer service and organisational skills.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students undertaking this placement will build and develop skills in reception and administration support. Tasks will include:
- Greeting visitors upon arrival to the front office.
- Answering telephones, and taking down enquiries.
- Photocopying.
- Sorting mail (incoming and outgoing).
- Using word processing and spreadsheet programs and data inputs.
- Supporting staff as required on building projects.
- Building knowledge and understanding surrounding the business and overall business industry.

Student Requirements

To be successful in this position students must encompass a bright and friendly disposition, along with a strong work ethic. Students must be able to work independently, completing tasks accurately and neatly. Students must be flexible in their approach and be willing to work in a team.

Dress Requirements

You will be required to wear normal business attire. This will be discussed in the interview.

Special Transport Requirements

Own transport will need to be sourced.
