Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will be involved in a range of food and beverage tasks:
- make coffee, tea, chai and hot chocolates
- food and beverage service to tables
- customer service
- cash handling / cash register operation
- table clearing and cleaning.

Student Requirements

Students must be willing to learn and be able to cope with a loud and bustling environment.
Students should ask lots of questions, be engaged in their placement and display good customer service.

Dress Requirements

Black pants and a black top. Apron will be supplied.
Closed in flat shoes. Hair tied back.

Public transport is available to Gisborne.
