Typical Tasks & Duties

Students completing a placement here can expect to carry out back of house operations including; food preparation, inventory/stock control, plating of meals, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Student Requirements

Students should have an interest in working in a kitchen, as well as an enthusiastic and willing to learn approach. They should also be punctual, have neat appropriate presentation, and a polite manner.

Dress Requirements

Chef Uniform which is to be put on and taken off at the restaurant. Facilities are available at the restaurant to change
