With a 50 year history of helping improve the quality of life for those with a disability, During this time Vivid has emerged as a multi-faceted organisation, providing a range of services. These include supported employment, day programs, supported accommodation, training and education, transport and outreach services. Vivid currently assists more than 200 people with disabilities from regions of Echuca, Swan Hill, Kerang, Cohuna, Rochester and Kyabram to achieve their goals and dreams.

Typical Tasks & Duties
• Undertake basic administrative duties
• Prepare to work in social housing
• Communicate with people accessing the services of the organisation
• Communicate appropriately with clients and colleagues
• Work effectively in the community sector
• Prepare for disability work
• Work effectively with people with a disability
• Follow safety procedures for direct care work
• Follow policies, procedures and programs of the organisation
• Respond effectively to difficult or challenging behaviour
• Participate in OHS processes
Student Requirements
• Suitable for VCE or VCAL student as only one day out of school a week
• Applicants from year 10 and 11 welcome to apply
• Communication skills
