Leith Park - Liscombe House

Situated in the heart of Diamond Valley, Leith Park provides a mix of independent living, low-level care, high-level care and dementia-specific care. Residents are encouraged to join interest groups including the Activities Committee which hosts a wide range of activities and outings.
Your placement week will be spent working alongside the Lifestyle Coordinator and other support staff, for the delivery of social and group activities both on- and off-site.
