Aim Property Management

Working with a company in the construction business will be a great way to learn or polish up on your business and admin skills. You will learn general administrative tasks such as filing faxing emailing and use Myob and Excel programs. No experience is required as you can learn as you go. There will also be opportunity to learn basic accounting and understand the administration involved in client contracts.

Typical tasks and duties include all forms of administration, keeping client information current by checking forms and updating the data base, updating files and information, photocopying, archiving, scanning,mailing, faxing and so on
Friendly attitude and willingness to learn. Understand the need for confidentiality and sensitive information must be kept private at all times.
Appropriate dress, neat casual.
