ENLIVEN currently have an opportunity for a student to work in the Office Administration area, supporting team admin, reception and supporting new project work in 2017. Experience being part of an organisation that is committed to positive and creative stakeholder engagement. You will be supervised by experienced staff with a wealth of knowledge about the Health and Social Services sector. This is a small quiet office so it is a great place to start or advance your business administration experience.

Skills You Might Learn

Students may have the opportunity to attain a broad range of skills while on work placement. These will include valuable general employability skills such as: - Communication, teamwork problem solving, Initiative and enterprise, planning and organising.

Typical Tasks & Duties

General office procedures, preparing meeting agendas taking minutes of meeting, photocopying, scanning, laminating processing mail, reception- answering the phone, using spreadsheets to record data, produce reports and website management. There is opportunity to develop and extend your marketing and publishing skills while being supervised by professional and experienced staff.

Student Requirements

If you are willing to learn and follow instructions, have good literacy and IT skills then you will gain the most from this experience. You will need to understand the need for confidentiality and sensitive information must be kept private at all times.

Students must provide own transport to and from the office site. Public transport is available, close to the railway station and buses.
