Skills You Might Learn

Customer service, team work, working in a busy hospitality environment as well as supporting kitchen operations. You will also have hands on experience observing and learning from professional staff in the industry.

Typical Tasks & Duties

In this position you will assist qualified staff as required with serving customers at the table and over the counter. You will be involved in setting up for functions, events and meal service. You will also be required to assist with cleaning, washing and setting tables.

Student Requirements

You will be required to dress appropriately and maintain a neat, tidy appearance. Most of all you will bring a strong, positive attitude to the role and show an innovative approach to team work and working with people.

Dress Requirements

Dark trousers, dark shirt and closed shoes with a minimum of make up and / or jewelry.

Special Transport Requirements

Student to provide own transport
