They provide an onsite service and also sell second hand computers, establish internet connections. They also sell and deliver computer systems, printers, scanners, software & peripherals

Typical Tasks & Duties
The typical daily tasks would include:
- virus cleaning
- onsite with senior tech
- windows reload
- fault tracing
Learn the basics involved in a retail and ICT support role in computers. On and offsite opportunities to troubleshoot and provide support for customers, hands-on experience with ICT, networking, hardware and software in this locally owned business. Customer service, troubleshooting, cleaning, stocking shelves, team work, communication and customer enquiries.
Willingness to learn and an interest in information technology. Motivated and organised. Good communication skills.
Smart business attire. Black dress pants, black dress shoes and black polo shirt.
