Eco Kids Playgroup - St Columba's Primary School
This is an opportunity for a student to complete an SWL Placement with Playgroup Victoria, at Eco Kids Playgroup located at St Columba's Primary School.

Eco Kids Playgroup runs on Friday mornings from 9.00am to 10.30am in the school hall. Children and their carers will get to play with plenty of wooden toys, explore outside and create friendships with other pre-schoolers. Coffee and tea will be available for parents and we ask that you bring a cut up fruit snack for your child to eat in a group setting. (Fruit only please). $2 fee or $3 for two or more children. All proceeds will go to the school sustainability fund. Because the playgroup is on school grounds it is our school policy that all parents attending playgroup must have a Working With Childrens Check and completed the schools online module.

Typical Tasks & Duties
Young children go through rapid brain and skill development. Babies play experiences stimulate their senses and toddlers build on these play experiences to practise using their hands and their emerging language skills. Preschool children continue to learn as they play and practise social skills, an important preparation for kindergarten and school.
