SBAT Business Traineeships for 2020

These SBATS are being offered with a range of employers across the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region.

These one year traineeships open to year 11 or 12 students, will give you the chance to work in a business administration role while having the opportunity to gain a Certificate III in Business (BSB30115) qualification delivered by Integrity Business College. (RTO 21739).

Skills You Might Learn

A sound knowledge and skill base for your business and administration career. You will gain a broad range of skills which may include using computer applications, customer service, business documentation and humans resources.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will undertake the training component on a Friday, training is delivered on a classroom setting based in Frankston. Students will attend placement with a host employer on Wednesdays each week or as negotiated, placement will equate to 7 hours per week.

Student Requirements

Students are required to complete and submit an expression of Interest form (obtained from your careers teacher or by request to angela@fmpllen.com.au). Students are invited to attend an Information and enrolment session. The information session will be held on 23RD OCTOBER AND 21ST NOVEMBER AT 5PM at Ebdale Community Centre, 20 Ebdale Street, Frankston.

Students will be required to undertake work placement with a host employer. We have a number of employers who have agreed to host a student on placement, we also encourage students to seek own placements in industries of interest. the FMPLLEN will also provide assistance with sourcing a host employer should the student require it..
