One shared placement across youth services, children services and maternal and child health.
Placement will provide access to a range of community settings including:
- accompanying field officer for Family Day Care educator visits
- participation in facilitated playgroup program.

Participation in immunization sessions through MCH Program.
Potential opportunity to be involved in Children's Week activities, Early Years Conference planning and other community development activities.
Work with the Youth Services team on events, activities, youth engagement, groups and co-design.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Tasks under direction of qualified staff including:
- support to parents and children attending immunization sessions.
- support to plan and deliver facilitated playgroups.
- support family day care educator on in home educator visits.
- project/program co-facilitation.
- administration including report writing and/or social media profiling.
-support music, arts and cultural events.

Student Requirements

Work 9-5 hours unless otherwise required for specific activities.

Special Transport Requirements

Student will have to make their own way to the office--required transport to specific activities outside of office within office hours is provided. outside office hours could be supported if required.
