Windsor Gym is a boutique fitness studio in Windsor (near Prahran). They pride themselves on a unique approach to each client. The first step for a new member is always to work out the body type as well as to complete a postural, strength and flexibility analysis. This allows the gym to provide the best possible programme tailored exclusively to each client.
They are happy to host students studying a certificate in Fitness and Sport & Recreation.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students completing a placement here can expect to: assist with the running of the studio, help out with group personal fitness sessions, maintain the workout areas, communicate with clients, and carry out admin duties.

Student Requirements

Students should have an interest in Fitness and Personal Training. They should also be enthusiastic and willing to learn, punctual, have neat presentation, and a polite manner.

Dress Requirements

Students should dress in appropriate fitness training gear, making sure it is neat and tidy.
