The Grove at Hidden Valley Resort is a 5 star luxury Golf and Country Club destination just 55 minutes from Melbourne and 35 minutes from the airport.

The Grove is looking for passionate front of house hospitality students to join the growing team at The Grove. This is a fantastic opportunity to train and grow your trade under an amazing team of qualified waiters, function staff and baristas. The property boasts a 140 seat bistro, 240 seat Grand Ballroom, exclusive Villa and an equestrian centre plus stables where we are able to run events up to 1000 people.

Start with an SWL and if you shine, this opportunity could lead to an SBAT or employment.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Your role will include:
- Taking orders
- Delivering meals to tables
- Cleaning as required
- Making coffees and non-alcoholic beverages
- Greeting and seating guests

You will be:
- Undertaking a hospitality course
- Keen to work in the hospitality industry
- Punctual and able to follow instructions
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Able to communicate clearly
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Great with people and possess good customer service skills

Student Requirements

Be neat and tidy, have a passion for the hospitality industry and ready to learn

Dress Requirements

Black long pants and closed toe shoes..
Hair tied back.
A shirt and apron will be provided.
