Typical Tasks & Duties

As a teaching aide (assistant), you would directly assist the Physical Education Teacher. This would include assisting with the conduct of recreation events or activities and undertaking administrative work related to the work environment at the school. Students will have the opportunity to: - Work with students in a classroom environment - Deliver Sports, Fitness and Recreation activities - Assist teaching staff by preparing classroom activities, setting up and packing up games, conducting student warm-ups before activities and supervising during games all under the guidance of the Physical Education Teacher in charge.

Student Requirements

The student must be well presented and required to wear sports clothing as follows: -Flat, non-slip, enclosed shoes - Casual, neat sports dress.
