The placement will be located at Epping. Exclusive Prestige Parts is a rapidly developing European automotive spare parts supplier, importing and distributing quality new, after-market and original products for all BMW & Mercedes Benz, VW Volkswagen and Audi auto parts needs within Australia. Skills You Might Learn

As part of the placement the student will gain the following skills:
- develop an understanding of how the Spare Parts Store operates
- improved communication and team work skills
- an understanding of warehouse and logistics procedures
- OH&S in a warehouse environment.

Typical Tasks & Duties

The successful student will learn on the job skills and knowledge to carry out a full range of tasks, including:
- assisting store staff
- warehousing
- stock control
- telephone orders and receipt incoming stock
- process and pick purchase orders
- showroom merchandising, pricing and maintenance
- developing customer relationships.

Student Requirements

The student should be punctual and have good communication skills. The student is expected to have a work ready attitude, a passion for auto parts, well presented and great phone manner. They must be focused and reliable. Able to follow instructions and to be courteous and positive. Follow safe work practices.

Dress Requirements

The student must wear comfortable clothing and comfortable non-slip closed toes shoes.
