Skills You Might Learn

Students will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills including general employability skills, customer service and working in a team, as well as industry specific skills such as OHS procedures and learning to use and maintain equipment.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Observe and assist with general day to day of the business, learn about assessing and servicing vehicles, general repairs, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and other duties as instructed.

Student Requirements

Applicants will preferably be enrolled in, or have completed, Cert II Automotive.
This opportunity is intended for a student with a genuine interest in the automotive industry.

Dress Requirements

Student to wear suitable clothing for working on cars and other mechanical equipment.

Special Transport Requirements

Own transport to work placement
