Skills You Might Learn

You will gain skills in construction techniques at all stages of home building; you will learn landscaping techniques to a high standard as homes/gardens are being developed for sale.

Typical Tasks & Duties

As an Assistant Handyman you will be working both alongside the facility staff as well as independently. You will work predominantly on landscaping and maintenance tasks and on occasion, with the construction workers.

Student Requirements

You must be a responsible, ambitious worker who shows initiative and a preparedness to work in a team and on your own.

Dress Requirements

Well presented outdoor working wear and sturdy boots - and hat.
