Skills You Might Learn

On a placement with a branding solutions company, a student can expect to learn how to build visual identities, research target markets, and manage real client projects from start to finish.
To ensure the placement is a rewarding one, students will be supervised, trained in the field as well as the system.

Typical Tasks & Duties

The student would be expected to fill multiple roles on given days. This may mean being out in the field one day and in the factory the next day, depending on what needs to be done. The student would assist with creating logos, color palettes, and typography rules, building style guides that show companies how to use their new look correctly, and preparing files for websites, social media, and print materials.

Student Requirements

The student would be passionate about customer service who is interested to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. The student is also expected to:

- be diligent, polite, enthusiastic and well organised
- have good phone manners
- critical thinking
- good coordinating and time management skills
- able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail to identify and fix problems
