Skills You Might Learn
Students will have the opportunity to build on their: communication skills, customer service skills, OH&S knowledge, team work, a variety of back of house and front of house skills along with food hygiene and kitchen operations knowledge while working in a busy environment. There is also the opportunity to learn register operation. Work placement may lead to casual part time employment for the right person.
Typical Tasks & Duties
Students will be involved in various facets of kitchen operations, food preparation including peeling, cutting, weighing, measuring, cleaning. To be successfully considered for this position a student must have a keen interest in hospitality, have a neat appearance and work as part of a team.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, punctual and enthusiastic, and of course a smile.
