Skills You Might Learn

Students will be given the opportunity to work in all areas of the business including: - - waitressing in the restaurant and as barrister - front of house greeting customers -kitchen including food preparation

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will gain a variety of skills in the hospitality industry: - - customer service - knowledge of the industry and common industry practices, front of house duties, service of meals,food preparation and food handling and hygiene
