Typical Tasks & Duties

As a food & beverage attendant you will be responsible for the standard of sales and quality, packaging food products, labeling and merchandising bakery products, displaying products to ensure maximum impact, being aware of customer needs, providing services to meet a high level of customer satisfaction and general cleaning requirement's. You may also be required to prepare hot & cold beverages after being trained in that area.

Student Requirements

Students are required to have an extremely keen interest in hospitality, in particular baking. Also have a positive, energetic attitude.

Dress Requirements

A staff shirt will be provided, students are required to wear black pants and closed toed shoes.
