Skills You Might Learn

Students will expand on their understanding of merchandising, customer service skills, point of sale, safety practices in Retail and communication skills.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will have the opportunity to serve customers, answer telephones and observe EFTPOS transactions, stock replenishment, unpacking and storage, pulling stock forward.
Helping generally in all aspects of working in a pharmaceutical retail store.
