Skills You Might Learn

The student will learn the technique of applying the vinyl onto the metal and what to do if there are experiencing difficulties with the sign, especially if it does not lay on to the metal properly.. The students may also be involved with learning how to put an add from the company's system. To ensure the placement is a rewarding one, students will be supervised, trained in the field as well as the system.

Typical Tasks & Duties

The students will be expected to accompany the company's installer on their run, help in the factory floor which will involve adhering the Vinyl Prints to make the Signs/ Learn how to make signs including bending the metal to allow the signs to fit to the framework.

All students would be expected to fill multiple roles on given days. This may mean being out in the field one day and in the factory the next day, depending on what needs to be done. Students may be offered permanent part-time work if they are eager to stay on.
