Typical Tasks & Duties
Students will have the opportunity to learn valuable front and back of house hospitality skills including but not limited to taking orders, food delivery, washing dishes, cleaning tables, customer service, polishing of cutlery and much more. All of this while observing and working alongside experienced hospitality staff.
Students are required to have a keen interest in hospitality and have the stamina to keep up with a busy service environment. Students must also have a willingness to learn, be able to follow instructions and communicate openly with others.
Students will be provided with a White Hart Hotel T-shirt. Black pants or jeans and closed in shoes must be worn.
Special Transport Requirements
You will be required to get yourself to the placement.
