Typical Tasks & Duties
The placement opportunity is to work in the Royal Mail Hotel kitchen team.
This will involve observing and participating in the day to day operations across two restaurants, Parker St Project and Wickens at the Royal Mail Hotel. This will including the harvesting produce from our kitchen garden, food preparation for service, maintaining clean workspaces and following OHS procedures.

Special Transport Requirements
Must be able to organise own transport to and from Dunkeld Travel Arrangement form to be signed prior to commencement of placement as travel to work sites with the Royal Mail Hotel team will be required.
