If you enjoy books, being organised and helping others. The Cobram Library can provide an opportunity to complete SWL while gaining work related skills and enhance your knowledge base. This opportunity is available 1 day per week with the option of day being either a Thursday or Friday.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Typical tasks and duties may include but not limited to; customer service, preparation for story time activities, shelving of material, sourcing materials from the shelves and sorting materials into date order. Opportunities to take part in other activities may arise for the student, as events are continuously arranged throughout the year.

Student Requirements

You will be required to sign a confidentiality and social media code of conduct prior to commencing. No phones are to be used while working, only at break times and you must be able to stand on your feet all day. Bring your lunch and a drink, staff room facilities are available.

Dress Requirements

Neat business casual attire should be worn, enclosed shoes, no sneakers, no ballet flats.
