Typical Tasks & Duties

Assisting mechanics with the following tasks and duties. Changing oil & filters, removing wheels, checking tyre pressures, replacing wheels, check & top up fluid levels, maintaining a clean & safe working environment, general servicing, working on brakes, general repairs and other duties as directed.

Student Requirements

Student to be studying VET/VCAL Automotive and have completed Auto Safe at Work modules.

Dress Requirements

Student to wear industry related work wear with safety boots.

Special Transport Requirements

Public transport available.
