An exciting opportunity exists for a Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) Placement with Rich River Golf Club. Near the banks of the scenic Murray River, Rich River Golf Club is your gateway to refined and relaxed living. Rich River boasts an abundance of sporting memberships, golf clubs and facilities including our two championship golf courses, 17-bay driving range, four A-grade croquet greens, three tift-dwarf bowling greens and nine synthetic tennis courts. Perfectly located for golfing enthusiasts from Bendigo, Shepparton, Moama and Echuca, River River is a haven for all golf lovers and hosts a plethora of events every year.

Typical Tasks & Duties
Students will be responsible for the following tasks.
Assisting Rich River Golf Club trained staff with related hospitality activities
Engaging with customers related to kitchen hand and hospitality activities
Completing all related tasks as assigned.
The student will also complete general cleaning duties of tables and bistro area before, during and after service. Polishing cutlery as required. The student will complete kitchen duties including food handling and dishwashing as instructed. The student will work under direct supervision of the Bistro Supervisor and Chef in charge.
Student Requirements

Dress Requirements
All PPE must be worn in accordance with workplace health and safety policy and procedures. Dress requirements to be discussed with the Supervisor prior to commencement.
Special Transport Requirements
Student to make own transportation arrangements
