An exciting opportunity exists for a School Based Apprenticeship and Traineeship as a Cook with Rich River Golf Club. Near the banks of the scenic Murray River, Rich River Golf Club is your gateway to refined and relaxed living. Rich River boasts an abundance of sporting memberships, golf clubs and facilities including our two championship golf courses, 17-bay driving range, four A-grade croquet greens, three tift-dwarf bowling greens and nine synthetic tennis courts. Perfectly located for golfing enthusiasts from Bendigo, Shepparton, Moama and Echuca, River River is a haven for all golf lovers and hosts a plethora of events every year.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Student tasks may include but are not limited to:
Ensure friendly & professional customer service at all times
Setup and mise en place of kitchen
Communicate and liaise with team members
Food preparation as instructed
Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
Provide general assistance in cleaning, as directed
Ability to work in a team based environment
Able to work a flexible roster including morning, mid or afternoon where necessary
Work according to policies and procedures

Student Requirements

Suitable for students with a keen interest in cooking. Students are required to be able to demonstrate the following:

Dress Requirements
