Two placement opportunities exist for two enthusiastic and committed students to work alongside experienced and friendly renderers. Patidar Constructions offer all kind of building works, renovations, Hebel panel installation, foam work, solid plastering, rendering, venetian plaster, and other building improvement services. Their residential and commercial rendering services are based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. The company is locally owned and operated by highly qualified professional renderers and craftsmen that offer the following quality services:

- cement and acrylic rendering, offering a wide range of fresh, modern touch finishes to the exterior visage of a building
- texture coating services to both residential and commercial market, using both modern and traditional quality texturing methods
- Hebel panel installations.

Skills You Might Learn

The students will learn to:
- use electrical tools and equipment
- identify hazards and site risks
- communication and team work.

Typical Tasks & Duties

The work the company does includes concrete finish, polished plaster, stucco, sand and cement, bagging, hebel panel installation, venetian plaster, micro cement, and the boring acrylic. Some of the work is inside but most is outside. Duties Include:

- patching
- concrete screeding, repair, rendering and grouting

Student Requirements

Students are required to have a good attitude to work, be punctual, hard working, honest, reliable, have good attention to detail, and good communication skills..

Dress Requirements

The student must wear protective clothing, safety footwear (steel cap boots), hat and sunscreen.

Special Transport Requirements
