Students completing placement at St Julien Tea can expect to carry out back of house operations - Including but not limited to; food preparation, inventory/stock control and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Student Requirements
Students should have an interest in Hospitality and Patisserie. They should also be enthusiastic and willing to learn, be punctual, with neat presentation, and a polite manner.
Dress Requirements
Chef Uniform must be worn inside the cafe. Changing rooms are available.

5 min walk from Canterbury or Chatham station. Other public transport is also available.
