An exciting opportunity exists for a Work Experience Placement as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Billabong Ranch. Situated on 390 acres, a short 10 minute drive just out of Echuca/Moama, Billabong Ranch has plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family.

Students mayhave the opportunity to attain a broad range of skills while on work placement including general employability skills such as: communication, teamwork, problem solving, planning, organising and self-management.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Student tasks may include but are not limited to:
Ensure friendly & professional customer service at all times
Setup and mise en place of kitchen
Communicate and liaise with team members
Food preparation as instructed
Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
Provide general assistance in cleaning, as directed
Ability to work in a team based environment
Able to work a flexible roster including morning, mid or afternoon where necessary
Work according to policies and procedures

Dress Requirements

A white shirt, black pants and closed in shoes are typical to the industry and should be worn. Students must be well presented, with long hair to be tied back and facial hair kept neat and tidy.

Special Transport Requirements

Student to make own transportation arrangements
