Typical Tasks & Duties

Assisting kitchen and service staff in preparing, serving food, cleaning food preparation, kitchen, sculleries, cooking and general utensils used in kitchens and restaurants. Transferring, weighing and checking supplies and equipment. Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking and preparing and plating of food and beverages for serving. Providing quality attentive customer service under supervision.

Dress Requirements

Wear black coloured slacks or a skirt, a solid coloured button down, collared shirt and comfortable closed toe shoes. Chef uniform would be ideal if the student does have one.
