Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will be responsible for the following tasks.
Assisting Moama RSL trained staff with related hospitality activities
Engaging with customers related to kitchen hand and hospitality activities
Completing all related tasks as assigned.

The student will also complete general cleaning duties of tables and bistro area before, during and after service. Polishing cutlery as required. The student will complete kitchen duties including food handling and dishwashing as instructed. The student will work under direct supervision of the Bistro Supervisor and Chef in charge.

Student Requirements

Suitable for students with a positive attitude towards Hospitality, Front of House and Kitchen Operations. Students are required to be able to demonstrate the following:
