An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated young person to undertake a Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) Placement in Administration. Skills You Might Learn

Typical Tasks & Duties
Throughout your placement you will have the opportunity to:
Liaise with internal and external customers
Answering incoming customer queries via phone and email
Data entry
General administration and clerical duties
Other duties as directed by other team members as required
Student Requirements
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
IT savvy with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office based products i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred, but not essential
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Dress Requirements
Neat business attire
Special Transport Requirements
Student to make own transport arrangements.
