An opportunity for a student looking for an SWL placement in childcare. Kiddy Palace Learning Centre are a family-owned and operated centre and aim to ensure that parents have peace of mind, knowing that their child/ren are being cared for in a warm family style environment.

They have 2 small boutique centres located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Our smaller room numbers ensure each child receives more care and attention and is provided with the opportunity to learn and develop in their own time.

Skills You Might Learn

You will extend your knowledge of the industry, communication skills, employability skills, problem solving and times management, interpersonal and social skills

Typical Tasks & Duties

You will have the opportunity to work as part of the before and after school care team and will undertake a variety of tasks which may include: Caring for children, planning and running engagement activities, setting up and cleaning up, food preparation and general administration duties.

Student Requirements

Students should have a can do attitude, a willingness to learn and reliable. This employer is also prepared to offer an apprenticeship for the right student.

Dress Requirements

Students should be well presented wearing smart casual with non slip shoes
