Typical Tasks & Duties

On a typical day, students will undertake the role of an Administration Assistant in a Registered Training Organisation. Student Administration duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Completing data entry
- Organise filing
- Verbal and written communication (telephone/email)
- Document storage management
- Scanning and saving various documents

Student Requirements

Whilst on placement the student will have the opportunity to practise their Business Admin skills, including data entry, organising and completing daily work activities, uploading files, use various systems including Microsoft Office suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS). Industry skills aligned with your VET studies and other transferable skills learned may include:

Dress Requirements

Attire should be smart casual and neat and tidy appearance are required and professionally presented at all times.
