Typical Tasks & Duties
During the experience students will have the opportunity to;
Accompany and observe health professionals;
Observe treatments and assist where appropriate;
Be exposed to and learn medical terminology;
Observe and take part in some of the practical and logistical components of work in the health industry;
Comply and assist with infection control policies and OH & S procedures; and
Interact and socialise with members of the community
Student Requirements
Students should have a keen interest and be willing to find out more about allied health careers both within and outside of a hospital environment
Dress Requirements
Students are required to wear neat casual attire with enclosed shoes
