Typical Tasks & Duties
Students completing placement at South Yarra BMW can expect to: change oil & filters, remove/replace wheels, check tyre pressure, check/top up fluid levels, maintain a clean & safe working environment, general servicing, work on brakes, general repairs and other duties as directed.
Student Requirements
As the role can be physically demanding at times, the ability to cope with a physical role is essential. Must be genuinely interested in the motor trade.
Communication skills, teamwork, use of hand tools, use of power tools and diagnostic equipment, problem solving skills.
Dress Requirements
Safety Boots, safety glasses and overalls. Neat and tidy appearance.
