This is an opportunity for a student to work with a well-known local builder. Matt is very supportive of students completing their studies and doing the SWL program and will offer a valuable opportunity for students to gain skills and experience on a range of building projects.

Typical Tasks & Duties
Students may, whilst under supervision, be learning the use of hand tools related to basic carpentry. The position will include activities around assisting the builders and may specifically include cleaning up the site, using carpentry hand tools and performing basic carpentry tasks.
Student Requirements
Students will need to have their White Card.
Students will be required to work the hours as outlined, and be on time as staff travel for jobs and you will be leaving the office with them. Students will need to take lunch and drink bottle each day.
Dress Requirements
Work boots, trade work shorts / pants and hi-vis top
