About Laurimar Kids Learn to Swim:

When the founders established Laurimar Kids Learn To Swim it was with a single purpose: to create the perfect environment for children to learn to swim and have fun while they are learning.

We recognised it is vitally important that learning to swim be a personal and private experience to ensure the best possible progression and make our children feel safe and secure. Providing this experience makes Laurimar Kids a special place for children to learn in privacy and in a quicker time-frame, and the phone has not stopped ringing since.

Laurimar Kids are a great boutique learn to swim facility with a maximum of only two classes at any one time with a real community feel where we can discuss your child’s progress every class, know every child’s name and greet them with a high 5 and a smile!

We believe learn to swim schools should be small, intimate and private so that every child feels safe and at home as we join them on their swimming journey.

Skills You Might Learn

Students will have the opportunity to gain basic knowledge of learn to swim class types and delivery of quality instruction to students. You will learn to instruct a range of swim classes as well as the ability to improve oral and written communication skills.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Assist swim teachers with presenting lessons to children.
Setting up and packing up of equipment.
Converse with parents and pass on any necessary information to Swim School Manager or swim teacher.

Student Requirements

Students who are 18 must have a working with children's check. Students must be friendly, willing to work with young children, great communication skills and have a passion for swimming.
