Woolworths Laurimar
Woolworths Laurimar is offering SWL opportunities for young people who are interested in Hospitality to work in the deli section of the supermarket. As Students undertaking these SWLs you will be involved in various aspects of supermarket and retail work in order to build a strong understanding of the industry.
Skills You Might Learn
Students will have opportunities to develop: - customer service skills - stock management knowledge - point of sale knowledge - teamwork skills- food preparation and hygiene
Typical Tasks & Duties
Students will receive training on cutting/slicing and preparing food in the deli. There will also be a range of other tasks involving serving customers, cleaning, stock filling and other retail activities. A broad range of key retail skills and experiences will be covered.
