Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Warehouse/Procurement environment? Here’s your chance to work at one of Australia’s largest power stations!
Located at Yallourn, this unique opportunity offers a glimpse into the operations of a facility powered by brown coal from Australia’s second-largest open-cut mine. Each year, Yallourn mines approximately 18 million tonnes of high-moisture brown coal, which is used to generate superheated steam to drive four massive turbine generators. Together, these turbines produce 1,480 megawatts of electricity per hour - enough to power around 2 million homes. This placement is ideal for students interested in logistics, supply chain, or procurement and wanting to develop their skills
