Students will also become familiar with strict food handling techniques and how to maintain cleanliness standards. Students will gain knowledge about different types of coffee and brewing methods.

Typical Tasks & Duties

During placement, students will greet customers, take orders, prepare food and beverages, process payments, restock shelves and maintain cleanliness. Students will also follow food safety guidelines and maintain hygiene standards.

Student Requirements

Students will attend on time each day with an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team. Students will respond as directed and complete required tasks. Students will be respectful, professional and courteous.

Dress Requirements

Neat casual black top and pants with close toed shoes.
