Woolworths Lalor is offering work experience opportunities for young people who have an interest in exploring work in Retail. As students undertaking work experience you will be involved in various aspects of supermarket and retail work in order to build a strong understanding of the industry.

Skills You Might Learn

Students will have opportunities to develop: - customer service skills - merchandising and stock management knowledge - point of sale knowledge - teamwork skills

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will receive training and be allocated tasks in fresh produce, bakery, grocery, customer service, stock filling and other retail activities. A broad range of key retail skills and experiences will be covered.

It is important for students to have a positive attitude, friendly and reliable.

Dress Requirements

Black pants, white shirt, enclosed shoes
